Mosaic Instructional Planning was developed by brother-sister team, Izzy and Nicole Galante. Together, they have close to 50 years of combined experience in education across all levels. By partnering with teachers, districts, and administrators around the globe, Mosaic delivers the support, resources and mentorship teachers need to create learning experiences that help students thrive.

Izzy brings an extensive background in education, leadership, and business management to Mosaic. His passion for educator and student success drives the long-term vision Mosaic seeks to fulfill in providing high-quality teaching and learning to every educator and student.
Dr. Nicole Galante
Co-Founder
As a former K-12 teacher, college professor, education consultant, and the current Director of Educational Partnerships and Innovation at Stony Brook University, Nicole’s thought leadership in the education space has become the backbone of the Mosaic teaching approach. Her expertise in and commitment to high-quality instruction has proven to impact thousands of educators and students across the country.
Lee Matthews
CEO
Lee Matthews is an award-winning entrepreneur and executive with expertise in planning, funding, and managing startups and acquisitions, and building and leading highly effective teams. Lee has 20 years of experience across several industries including software, consulting, and financial services. Lee is also an adjunct professor in Jacksonville State University’s MBA program, teaching “Innovation and Entrepreneurial Thinking.”
